Training for the S1 Payments solution is delivered as hands-on, instructor-led classes — participants work with fully-functional training installations on virtual machines to complete skills-based labs. Sessions vary from 1 to 5 days and can be presented at your training facilities, or at S1 training centers.
Four levels of training address distinct audiences:
The Payments Portal for Customer Service modules are aimed at customer service representatives, call center agents, and their supervisors who use the Payments Portal in providing services to customers.

Payments Basic Training (formerly PUT) provides a modular introduction to the S1 payments solution. It is aimed at operators and systems administrators and focuses on how to perform day-to-day operations, system monitoring, and first-level troubleshooting.

Specialized training provides in-depth coverage of specific components of the Payments solution and is aimed at personnel who need to be able to install and then configure these components.

Payments Development Training (formerly SDK) is aimed at developers who want to learn to use the Software Development Kit to extend either Realtime or S1 Office. These courses are only suitable for participants who have a Java development background.
