Training: Online Banking for Regional, National, and International Banks

S1 Training offers courses at the following levels for each of the online banking products:
  • Functional (user training)
  • Administration
  • Installation and configuration
  • Extension and customization (including SDK)

The following modes of delivery are used:

Instructor-led courses. Training aimed at technical audiences, for example installation and configuration, is presented as instructor-led courses. These courses are practically-oriented and include hands-on, skills-based exercises. Duration varies from 1 to 5 days.
E-Learning. Functional training for FI personnel and FI customers is available as e-learning modules, which make use of show-me, let-me-try simulations. E-learning allows for on-demand training with materials hosted by S1 or on customers’ own learning management systems.
Web-based seminars.A limited number of introductory seminars (1-2hrs each) are available via Webex. S1 instructors employ lecture, demonstrations and Q&A sessions through the Internet.

S1
